Daily Dosage:

Dosage can be increased to 4 capsules daily in severe conditions or for the first months to facilitate results

Instructions For Use:

Take capsules with food (preferably morning and/or midday). Start on 1 capsules per day for the first week and increase gradually to the recommended daily dose.

You must be consistent with taking the capsules in order to facilitate results. In most cases a positive effect can be felt in as little as 5 days. There should be improved joint function and mobility within 2 weeks of taking Joint Force.

Can I use Joint Force™ with a heart condition?

Each case needs to be assessed by your health care practioner. In general however there would be no complications that would arise from taking Joint Force™ for patients with heart conditions.

Some patients may be on a restricted sodium diet in which case the levels contained in Joint Force™ would need to be considered as part of the whole dietary intake.

Haliotis iris, which is one of the constituents, is known to actually be beneficial to the heart.

Basically Joint Force™ is all natural food - but of course in concentrated form. It may be advisable to start on a single dose only.

Can Joint Force™ be used with other treatments?

Joint Force™ is a natural joint treatment and can safely be used in conjunction with other treatments. Research shows that a component within the formulation may help protect against possible gastro-intestinal upsets cased by long term use of NSAID's (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs).

Generally Joint Force™ may also allow the frequency or dosage of the NSAID's to be reduced.

We recommend you consult with your doctor before beginning any new treatment to ensure you are being adequately treated with the appropriate medications.

Heating and storage

Joint Force™ must be stored below 25ºC and kept out of direct sunlight. If you live in a hot climate area or during the summer months it is recommended (though not a requirement) Joint Force™ be refrigerated once opened to avoid damage from heat and light.

Heating Joint Force™ whether that be by adding it to heated food or mixing it with hot water is not recommended as high temperatures can sometimes destroy the active ingredients found in Joint Force™.
