General Terms & Conditions of Sale

All direct orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). Payment must be in New Zealand dollars. For your convenience, you can also place your order via telephone, free call 0800 564 683 .

Sales Tax

New Zealand Customers: Prices include New Zealand GST (12.5%) and/or other international taxes

Australian Customers:  Price is exclusive of New Zealand GST (12.5%) and/or other international taxes

Shipping & Handling

Most orders are processed within five business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. Currently, all orders are shipped via New Zealand Post, typically 2-3 days for orders within New Zealand and 5 - 7 days for orders to Australia.

Postage on orders within New Zealand is NZD$3.50 for quantities of 1 - 2 Bottles.  Postage on orders of 3 or more bottles is free

Postage on orders to Australia is NZD$5.00 for quantities for 1 - 3 bottles, further postage may need to be paid on quantities above this amount. 

Other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us, alternative delivery may incur an extra postage fee.
